Originally chosen as the name the range of handmade preserves we started production in 2018, our Biggar Flavour brand expanded when we opened our namesake bakery in 2011. We established our reputation for quality produce winning multiple awards. We closed the bakery front shop in July 2019, but continue making our award winning produce to critical acclaim. The latest evolution of Biggar Flavour will see us moving on with our focus moving to ongoing production of our baking and preserves; and creation of our range of beautiful food gifts.
